He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mouw and Elizabeth Van Hofwegan (Van Hofwegan); his in-laws, Case and Angeline Van Dyke (Van Essen); his sisters, Rika Ingles, Ada Groen and Harriet; his brother-in-law James Vogel; his nephew Jerry Vogel; his niece Betty Vogel; and his siblings-in-law, Gladys and Alvin Blom.
He is survived by: his wife Ila Jean Mouw; his children, Rick Mouw (Debbie Van Dam), Brad Mouw (Tracie Van Dam), Rashelle Mouw Kroes (Adrian Kroes), Rocky Mouw (RuthAnn Haagsma) and William Mouw (Michelle Jansma); his siblings, Art (Lois Mouw) and Betty (Corliss Schmidt); and his brothers-in-law, Lloyd (Sharon Van Essen), Orlin (Kathy Van Essen) and Dave Groen. He is also survived by many grandchildren great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The Mouw family prefer memorials to the Bethel Christian Reformed Church building fund.
