She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Gardner and Betty Jo Gardner; her sister Julia Coulman; and her cousin Mary Lynn Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Kirsten and Alaina; and her family, Kirsten and Jim Garrison (family: Alaina, Kyle Missbach). She is also survived by daughter and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the causes that Brenda strongly supported: Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
