With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Elsworth Halvorson in Jackson, California, born in Stockton, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2026 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his father William; and his sister Linda Haley. He is survived by: his wife Lori Halvorson; his children, Amanda (Jake), Lauren (Cypriana), Elle and Ryan (Casandra); his grandchildren, Paityn, Joanna, Ava and Charlotte; and his brothers, Greg (Debbie), Ronnie (Gloria), David (Patty), Jimmy (Denyse) and John Haley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended, family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Future Hayfarmers of Amador County through the Amador Community Foundation website to support the Junior Livestock Auction at the fair, a cause Frank was deeply passionate about, To send flowers or plant a memorial tree.
