We announce the death of LeRoy Lynn Campbell (Jackson, California), born in Roosevelt, Utah, who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 88. LeRoy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his brother Guy Campbell; and his parents, Lynn Campbell and Merle Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Campbell (Sharel) of Medford, JoAnn (Campbell) and Kromfols (Stan) of Valley Springs, California.; his children, Lori Haney (Dale) of Springville, Mark Campbell of Ione, Kristen Carney (Dion) of Ione and William Campbell of Rocklin, California.; his grandchildren, Jesse Campbell, Marki Campbell, Cody Carney, Duncan Campbell and Tessa Haney; and his great grandchild Joseph Cameron. He is also survived by his family, his friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daneri Mortuary (415 Broadway, Jackson, CA 95642). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Ione Public Cemetery (500 S Church St, Ione, CA 95640).
