He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo; his children, Rickey Jr. (Carol), Elzie (Heather) of Sutter Creek and Bobbie Jo of Sutter Creek; his sister Donna Sue Baker; and his cousins, Debbie Swann and Dorris Buell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family is requesting donations to the local animal shelter in Jackson, or to Jazzy’s Legacy Animal Rescue in Jackson, CA.
