She is survived by: her children, Carmen Perez, Charlie Ortiz, David Ortiz and Lisa Flores; her grandchildren, Alfred, Vanessa, Stephanie, Dominic, Jake, David Jr., Eddie, Sam, Aaron and Brendan; and her sisters, Martha and Eustolia.
