He is survived by: his daughters, Paige M. Fox and Kaydence N. Camin; his parents, Daniel H. Fox and Jana L. Fox (Perkins); and his brothers, Joshua Fox (Sally Soliz), Brandon Fox (April) and Porter Fox.
