He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Joseph Huggins and Ardis Rilla Huggins; his wife Anka Biliskov Huggins (Biliskov); and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his daughter Judy; and his grandsons, Adam, Julian, Jared and Christopher. He is also survived by wives, and many other loving relatives and friends.
