He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Velasquez, Uriel Espinoza, Enrique Espinoza, Elizabeth Cabrera, Gina Espinoza, Peter Espinoza and Tom Davila; and his siblings, Edith Rubio, Judith Rubio, Isai Rubio, Astrid Carrasco, Hugo Rubio and Ludy Rodriguez. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Palm Memorial - Kerman Chapel (538 S Madera Ave, Kerman, CA 93630).
