He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith and Kathryn Smith (Katie); and his wife Pat Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Smith and Raymond Smith (Penny) of Temecula; his children, David Smith of Oakland and Elizabeth Becker (Rick) of Rocklin; his sister Barbara Pyper (Smith) of Pasadena; and his grandchildren, Katie Becker Monroe (Zach), Emily Becker, Jessica Becker and Benny Smith.
