He was predeceased by : his parents, John U. Carlson and Helen Carlson. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn; his sister Coralita Rathhaus of Stockton; his children, Richard, Brian Carlson of Visalia and Kathleen Leonard of Visalia; and his stepsons, Todd Bray of Visalia and Jonathan Bray of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
