She was predeceased by : her parents, Alice Dudley McOrmond Vaill and George Dudley Vaill. She is survived by : her cousins, Bill, Mike and John Greenwood; her son-in-law David Madden; her husband Philip Hallinger Bonner of Lexington, KY; her daughter Alison Madden (David) of Yorba Linda, CA; her grandson Luke Madden; her brothers, Tim Vaill, Ben Vaill, George Vaill Jr. and Caleb Vaill; and her friends, Allison, David and Luke. She is also survived by cousins, treasured nieces and nephews, and dear, life-long friends.
