He was predeceased by : his wife Carole Ann Norris; his parents, Leo Norris and May Norris; and his siblings, Shirley and Stuart.

He is survived by : his sisters, Carol and Lois; his children, Catherine, John and Leslie; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Brandon, Andrew, David, Nancy and Michael. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
