She is survived by: her husband Billy Gene McVay (Navy); her children, Barbara Stimson (Gregory), Virginia McVay-Hite (Ronald) and William McVay (Jacqueline); her sister Patrica Kirkpatrick (James); her nephews, Kenneth (Yolanda) and Thomas (Linda); her grandchildren, Samantha, Kimberly, Catherine Stimson, Ronda Jo Jones and Jason Hite (Maria); her great grandchildren, Finn VonFeldt, Sasha Hite, Janea, Kymistry and Roshanda Jones; and also, A'mayah, Khobi and Ja'Mariah.
