He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim and Mary; and his brothers, Leigh and Brooke. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Mark (Laurie), Chad (Nadine) and Mary Jo (Joe); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Jay), Curtis (Kaisha), Ben, Cole, Cruz, Carly, Caleb and Kai; his great grandchild Banks; and his brother Brent (Georgia).
