He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Coulter; and his sister Debbie Mangus. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Coulter; his wife Dolly Coulter; his sister Patti Housewright; and his children, Robert Coulter and Melinda Jackson. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
