James Cosmot Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cosmot (Lafayette, California), who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele Cosimato and Vincenza Cosimato; his son Joseph Domenic Cosmot; and his siblings, Ralph, Tony, Joseph (Billie), Martin and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Cosmot; his son James Daniel Cosmot; and his sibling's children, Andy Cosimato, Jimmy Cosimato, Candace McTiernan, Paula Batt, John Jordan, Jenny Hixon, Rosa Lupo, Stephania, Francesco, Michelle, Kathy Sullivan, Gary and Sue Stabelfeldt.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made to one of the following charities which James supported. American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Ellis Island Foundation St. Jude's Children Hospital Veterans of Foreign Wars.
