He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Polisner and Marie Polisner. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis and Suzanne; his daughters, Kimberly Polisner and Nicole Main; and his grandchildren, Cole, Hailey, Ari and Grayson.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oakmont Memorial Park (2099 Reliez Valley Rd, Lafayette, CA 94549).
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Jeffrey Polisner (alz.org).
