It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Mohammed (Lafayette, California), who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Hernandez and Helen Hernandez; her husband Ralph T. Mohammed (Viejo); and her siblings, David Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Ruth Castellanos, Lucy Moreno and Rosie Sanchez.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Mohammed (Nucchi), Loretta Johnson (Mark), Caroline Mohammed (Scott), Gregory Mohammed (Valerie), Ann Pimentel (Miguel), Timothy Mohammed (Andrea), Charles Mohammed, Judith Asberry (Charles, Sr.) and Kathleen Mohammed; her siblings, Henry Hernandez (Bro) and Josie Mohammed; and her favorite Debbie Bristow. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces.
