He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Sherry Moore Sterrett; his children, Laura Deutsch (Geoffrey), Christina Whitmire (Todd) and David Sterrett; his grandchildren, Emily Deutsch, Justine Deutsch, Kate Deutsch, Devin Whitmire, Logan Whitmire and Mikayla Whitmire; his parents, Chet Sterrett and Reba Sterrett; and his siblings, Dean Sterrett (Jill) and Debbie Stanton (Randy). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, and a large extended family.
