He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Ann Johnson (Belle) and Warren Edward Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Terry Warren Johnson, Naomi Dalhia Bonfield, Sarah Gloria Martin, Martha Faith Surber, David Mervin Johnson and Paul Judson Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Carol. He is also survived by his many grandchildren (plus two in heaven), great-grandchildren.
