It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Philip Hite (Laguna Hills, California), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Hite, and Loretta Hite, Sr. (Grenier); his wife Susan Carley (Sue); his siblings, Charles Hite Jr. and Marilyn Hite; his sisters-in-law, Frances Hite and Wanda Carley; and his niece Karen Carley.

He is survived by : his sons, William of Orange, CA, Philip (Carolyn) of Temecula, CA and Daniel (Natalie) of Flower Mound, TX; his grandchildren, Jason Hite (Eryn), Kendall Hite of Asheville, NC, Jackson Hite of Temecula, CA, Kate Johnson (Alexander) of Richmond, TX and Amy Hite of Plano, TX; his great grandchildren, Matthias and Luna; his brother-in-law William Carley; his nephews, Thomas and Robert; and his niece Elizabeth.
