She is survived by: her husband Gregory Allan Hoffman; her siblings-in-law, Tom Hoffman of Lakewood, CO, Diane Chia of Cincinnati, OH, Marty (Sue Hofmann) Hoffman, John Hoffman of Cincinnati, OH and Shinobu (Shino) Gates (Hakodate); and her half-sister Krystal Davis of South Wilmington, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
