Patrick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Patrick may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patrick touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Birkett; and his parents, Arthur David Birkett and Francis Eleanor Birkett. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Johnson (Jerry) and John Birkett (Cory); his granddaughter Delaney Birkett; and his brothers, Michael Birkett (Carol) and Larry Birkett (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Timothy Catholic Church (29102 Crown Valley Pkwy, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677).
