She was predeceased by: her stepdaughter Sandra Sacks Follansbee. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Sacks and Ann Rolett; her husband Phil Sacks; her grandchildren, Aaron, Victoria Rolett, Chris and Scott Follansbee; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Joshua Rolett, Dean and Oliver Follansbee.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Groman Eden Chapel (11500 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Eden Memorial Park (11500 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045).
