He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Cliff (Bugbee) and Albert Benjamin Cliff; his former wife Ruth Ann Cliff; and his son-in-law Jim Sims (Billy Stugart). He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Hopkins-Cliff; his daughters, Roberta Sims, Susan Stugart David Cliff (Jill) and Suzanne Oritz; his stepdaughters, Suzanne Oritz, Susan Stugart David Cliff (Jill) and Roberta Sims; his grandchildren, Adam, Janice, Stephanie, Heather, Bryan, Nicole and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Adalynn, Caylin and Cora.
