He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Joseph and Patricia Marie Fliller; his daughter Kathleen B. Fliller; his sister Calista; and his brother-in-law Eugene Nowack.
He is survived by: his wife May; his children, Ann Marie Hines (Paul), Christina Ford (Darrell), Michelle Harrington and Brandie Richard; and his sisters, Kathleen Kuntz (Bernie) and Bette Foley (Ed). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (51 Marketplace, Irvine, CA 92602). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ascension Cemetery (24754 Trabuco Rd, Lake Forest, CA 92630). A reception will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 18051 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA 92612.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Believe and Build Capital Campaign for St. Thomas More's new church.
