He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy English and Edna English; his wife Dorothy (Irland); his siblings, Don, Herb English, Wilma Manetti and Dorene Tersigni; and his nieces, Linda Rogers (Manetti) and Joanne Rockower (Manetti).
He is survived by : his daughters, Debbie Smith of Sonora and Cindy Keys of Lakeport; his grandchildren, Laura Keys Rasner (David) of Lakeport, Christina Keys of Sausalito and Carson Keys (Sarah) of Washington, DC; his great grandchildren, Ruby and Leo Rasner of Lakeport; his nieces, Pam English (Patterson), Carolyn English (Patterson) and Pat Stromberg (Davis); and his nephew Tony Tersigni (Dana Point).
