She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Cunningham and Nona Cunningham; her brother John Cunningham; and her godson Adam Iverson. She is survived by: her husband Rich; her children, Lauren, Kayla (Chris Johnson) and David; and her siblings, Kathy, Karen, Sarah, Mike and Steve.
