He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Brockway (Janet Monahan). He is survived by: his daughters, Gayle Failla and Cheryl Furtado; his stepson Michael Monahan; his grandchildren, Charles Failla Jr., Tony Failla (Heather), Nichoel Barnes and Kenny Failla; and his close friend Barbara Schwebke.
