Levell is survived by: grandchildren, Alicia Garza (Tito Garza), David Gentry Jr. (Karla Gentry), Tiffani Gentry, Tanzania Ortiz (Marten Ortiz), Levi Brauning (Kelsey Brauning), Nathan Embray Gentry, Malyk Wright and Brayden Gentry; and great grandchildren, Ariyana Lacy, CrisJon Lacy, Matthias Garza, Aria Gentry, Tito Garza Jr., Logan Garza Zoey Garza, Atlas Garza, Juliana Ortiz, Jaylen Ortiz, Remi Carlson and Aubrie Hawkins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joshua Mortuary & Joshua Memorial Park (808 E Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
