He was predeceased by: his mother Otilia Klohonatz of Dickson City. He is survived by: his father John Klohonatz of Dickson City; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Joy Klohonatz of Greensburg, PA; his niece Kristin Klohonatz of Newark, Delaware; and his nephew Nicholas (Alison Klohonatz).
