He is survived by: his parents, Desiree Elliott and Joshua Elliott; his brothers, JJ, Josiah and Isaiah; his grandparents, Shawna, Mark Elliott and Angelica Mendola; his great-grandparents, Yvonne Elliott, Donna Doss and Ken Doss; his aunts and uncles, Megan, Benjamin Nolasco, Kaitlin Elliott, Ronnie Mendola, Rolando Mendola, Daniel Mendola, Giovanni Mendola and Karen Elliott; and his cousins, Selah, Kaleia, Malachi and Myla.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Isaac's memory to the UCSF Children's Cardiac Unit, whose care and compassion meant the world to the family.
