He was predeceased by : his parents, William Phillips and Ora Phillips (McCartney); his sisters, Phyllis Miller and Ruby Lackey; and his grandsons, David Marquez and Chance Sandusky.
He is survived by : his wife Elnora Cook; and his children, Christy Molnar of Sebastopol, CA, Leslie Sandusky (Curtis) of Edna, KS and Marcella Puente of Lancaster, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two nephews and one niece.
