He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Ratliff and Lillie Ratliff; his son Victor Jr.; and his brothers, Ulyssees Ratliff, Leverne Ratliff and Lorenzo Ratliff.

He is survived by : his children, Ronald Ratliff of Los Angeles, CA, Denise Ratliff and Jessica Ratliff of Gardena, CA; his grandson Donovan Madison; and his sister Lillie Rive of Morris Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
