He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Irvin and Winnie Irvin; his stepmother Dovie; and his siblings, Jasper and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Robert Irvin (Patty), Shelley Irvin and Amber Potter (Jay); and his siblings, Bobby Jo Irvin and Thelma "Janie" Irvin. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, along with many loved cousins, nephews and nieces.
