In the sacred silence of farewell, Edy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Edy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Beard and Edna Beard; her sister Sandra Rivera; and her stepsiblings, Rayma Beard Allred and Kenneth Pruett.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Putz; her daughter Nicole Sullivan; her granddaughter Sofia Cookson; and her sister Renee Arellaneus.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hooper & Weaver Mortuary (459 Hollow Way, Nevada City, CA 95959).
