He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Rupp, Sr. and Ina Ella Wieneke; his sister Arlene; his brother-in-law Bill Wagner; his in-laws, Boots and Gene Bailey; and his friend Ron Campos.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Traci Grainger and Terri Crowe; his son-in-law Chad Crowe; and his grandchildren, Ryan Crowe, Aliena Grainger, Natalie Crowe, Nicholas Grainger, Jacqueline Grainger and Samantha Crowe. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) or the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK).
