She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip and Assunta. She is survived by: her husband James Robert "Bobby" Smith; her daughter Sue Hori; her son-in-law Steve Hori; her granddaughters, Taylor and Amanda Hori; and her close friend Dr. Robert Thomas. She is also survived by friends, and sorority sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to a charity devoutly supported by Anna, St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
