She is survived by: her husband Timothy Witzel; her children, Jaime Campbell (Chambers), Lisa Pulver-Hafker (Chambers), Gregory Chambers, Wendy McCarley (Chambers) and Allison Jamar (Witzel); her stepdaughter Heather Fiori (Witzel); and her brother Donald Roark.
