It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Franklin Eckert (Livermore, California), who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Max Franklin departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Max Franklin. Though Max Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carroll Eckert and Dixie Eckert; his brother Philip; and his sons, Dan and Scott.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Callaghan Mortuary (3833 East Ave, Livermore, CA 94550). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (3873 East Ave, Livermore, CA 94550).
