She was predeceased by : her parents, Emeterio Valdez and Inez Valdez; her husband Moises Mendoza; and her siblings, Luisa Vasquez, Hermelinda Valdez, Delia Valdez, Manuel Valdez, Chris Valdez, Frank Valdez, Chuck Valdez, Albert Valdez, Robert Valdez and Rudy Valdez.

She is survived by : her children, Marie Kenoyer (Scott), Edward Mendoza (Kelly) and Richard Mendoza; her sister Carmen Urnberg; her grandchildren, Natasha (Katy), Tanner (Kaily), Eric (Angie), Jayden, Bridget, Jessica and Paulette; and her great grandchildren, Crosby, Hayes, Nevaeh, Asher, Levi and Joseph.
