He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Wagner and Betty J. Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wagner; his daughters, Michelle Tovar (Jeff) and Julie Carey (Tim); his grandchildren, Brandon (Maddie), Max, Timmy, Mick and Blake; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Macey.
