She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemmie Farley and Roosevelt Farley Sr.; her brothers, Sam Henry Farley, Leonard Farley, Larry Farley and Charles Farley; her stepson Andre Ware; and her mother-in-law Lucille McGhee.
She is survived by: her husband James Ware; her stepson Michael Ware; her daughters, Jennifer (Stephanie) and Stephanie Ware; her granddaughter Anaiya Patrick; her siblings, Roosevelt Farley II (Donna), Clemmie Farley, Jerry Farley (Joyce), Mildred Farley, Thelma Farley, John Farley, William Farley (Karen) and Brenda Muhammad; and her aunt Nora Johnson. She is also survived by loving cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
