He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Arnaiz (Dee); his parents, John Herzick and Mary Herzick; his brother Felix; his sister-in-law Liz Herzick; his sister Elizabeth (John DeAmicis); and his siblings-in-law, Agnes Arnaiz Romo (Ray), Marie Arnaiz Livpovsky (Tom), Rudy (Buzz), Ismael Ventura Arnaiz III (Treva), Eugene Arnaiz and Don Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Herzick; his nephew Jerry Herzick (Phyllis); his great-nephews, Matthew Herzick and Andrew Herzick (Ashley); his siblings-in-law, Howard Arnaiz (Lacey), LaVerne Arnaiz Stevens and Shirley Arnaiz; Adaleen Herzick and Bronson Herzick.
