She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellie Howe and Frances Howe; and her husband Richard J. Neuman. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Neuman Schultz (Rick) and Cindy Neuman Hausauer (Ken). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lodi Memorial Cemetery (5750 E Pine St, Lodi, CA 95240).
