He is survived by: his wife Luz Elena; his daughters, Miranda Perez (Rangel), Alicia Sauceda (Juan) and Angel Garcia; and his grandsons, Chris Quintero, Brandon Perez, Diego Sauceda and Santiago Sauceda.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Legion Karl Ross Post 16, Stockton, CA in honor of Louis Garcia.
