She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Donald and Adah May Rich Moore; her husband Elwood Phillips; her siblings, Jadean Moore, Hubert Moore, Don Moore, Dorothy Barnett, Jack Moore and Louise Hill; and her son-in-law Derral Shults.
