“Mark and I are so very sorry to learn of Pat's passing. She and Len were such special friends and neighbors to us. It was heartbreaking for me when we had to move to San Diego in 2015. Pat and Len would no longer be our neighbors. In one of our last phone conversations, Pat said to me that she wished we could have one last visit together to share a glass of wine. We often did that when we were neighbors. You will always be in our hearts and cherished memories Pat! Love, Julie & Mark Sey”
