He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Duncan and Vaneta Duncan (Koch); his stepmother Eulah Halseth Duncan; and his brothers, Robert and Lloyd.

He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Greg Duncan and Douglas Duncan (Patricia); his grandchildren, Victoria Alatorre (Ivan) of Manteca, CA, Delaney Duncan of Scottsdale, AZ, Caleb Duncan of Bosie, ID and Jack Duncan of Modesto, CA; his great grandchild Amelia Alatorre of Manteca, CA; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Duncan and Anna Duncan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
